Career Resources

Students have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of the VSE Career Centre, and the VSE Career Centre Staff on their personal and professional development. This can come in the form of:

  • One-on-One Coaching
    • This is always conducted with the Director, as this line of work requires a professional, trained approach in regards to whatever issue/concern that the student may be encountering
  • Group Coaching Programs

What is group coaching?
Group coaching: “a small-group process throughout which there is the application of coaching principles for the purposes of personal or professional development, the achievement of goals, or greater self- awareness, along thematic or non-thematic lines.” - Jennifer Britton
